Exploring the Community of Respect and Unity
The Chat Rewards System Explained:
- Higher rewards in general chat aims to boost active participation, crucial for our project’s benefit.
- Lower rewards in other channels, including clan chats and language-specific ones, are part of a balanced approach for project sustainability. This system focuses on practicality and fairness, not undervaluing anyone.
- Remember, we are not “giving away” NFTs, rewards are meant to foster an interactive environment and support project growth. We seek a sustainable, mutually beneficial participation and reward system.
Chat Rules:
Spam: What It Is and Isn’t:
Messages that are identical or extremely similar in content. This includes posting the same thoughts, questions, or statements in a short span of time. Variety keeps our conversation lively! Constantly saying hi, hello, or goodnight without engaging in further conversation is considered spam. While greetings are welcome, they should lead to or be part of a larger interaction. Relevance and context are key. Posting content that doesn’t contribute to the current conversation; for example, sharing random facts, lyrics or unrelated updates during a conversation. Humor, song lyrics, statements or references can be “meaningful” or fun if they fit the context and enhance the conversation. Regular patterns of irrelevant or out-of-context messages, could be easily automated. Using the chat primarily to increase message counts or earn rewards, rather than engaging with the community. Members are encouraged to alert moderators if they suspect someone is abusing the reward system. We trust our moderators to identify and manage odd or rule-breaking behavior. Their decisions aim to maintain chat quality and community health as not every situation can be explicitly covered in the rules. If there are concerns with a moderator’s decision, members should contact the core team directly, avoiding public disputes in the general chat.
Consequences of Spamming:
- First Offense: Reduction in $AFG rewards and sticker rewards.
- Repeat Offenses: Potential permanent ban from reward-based tasks. This is to ensure everyone has a fair chance to contribute and earn rewards without the chat being overrun by spam.
P2E Project Chats:
Keep It to ‘Off Topic’: Discuss other Play-to-Earn projects in ‘Off Topic’ only. Remember, no XP or rewards there as we focus on our own project and our own community in the main channels.
Language Use in General Chat:
Using English in general chat allows the majority of our community to participate and understand discussions, fostering inclusiveness. As a common language, English helps connect members from various backgrounds, facilitating smoother communication.
Expectations and Flexibility:
Main Conversations in English: We encourage members to converse in English in the general chat to ensure broad accessibility.
Support for Non-English Speakers: Members not fluent in English are supported and encouraged to participate. Occasional language slips or the need to express something in one’s native language are understandable.
Bilingual Posts Welcomed: Members who can translate their messages into both their native language and English are highly encouraged to do so. This approach enhances understanding and showcases our community’s diversity. Bilingual posts also serve as a learning opportunity for members interested in different languages and cultures!
Help Requests: Members struggling to get help in English can use their native language! Our community and team will assist to the best of their ability. We understand the challenges of language barriers and strive to be accommodating and helpful.
Language-Specific Channels: Members are free to use their native languages in designated channels. This ensures everyone has a space to express themselves comfortably.
General Behavior:
Respectful and Constructive Community Interaction:
- Avoid Drama: Quality discussions and disagreements are part of a vibrant community. However, they should always be conducted respectfully and constructively. If any participant feels uncomfortable with a discussion or wishes not to be involved, their choice must be respected. Discussions should not turn into arguments. Avoid discussions if they cannot be conducted in a polite and respectful manner. We aim to keep the community free from unnecessary negativity.
- If a conversation becomes uncomfortable or contentious, members should notify the moderators or team, rather than engaging in direct arguments. This helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere and can prevent penalties for all involved parties.
- Feedback and Criticism: Members are encouraged to share their concerns or criticisms about the project, but in a way that contributes to improvement. Continuously stating negative points without offering solutions, or repeatedly raising the same issue without new insights, isn’t constructive. It’s essential to allow the team time to respond or address issues.
- Major Concerns: For significant issues, members should create a ticket to discuss with the team. Repeatedly voicing concerns in general chat isn’t beneficial for anyone.
- Moderators are there to guide and maintain a respectful environment. They may step in to de-escalate situations or provide reminders about the community’s standards for discussions. If there are concerns about a moderator’s decision, members should reach out to the core team through the tickets channel , avoiding public disputes in the chat.
Game Rules:
- Fair Play and Honesty:
Any use of bots, scripts, or automated systems to play the game, earn rewards, or interact within the server is strictly prohibited.
Our system continuously monitors for signs of automation. Unusual patterns of gameplay or interactions that suggest automation will trigger further investigation.
If automation is detected, the player will face immediate penalties. Repeat offenses will lead to a permanent ban from the game.
- No Multi-Accounting:
Multi-accounting disrupts the game’s balance and fairness, giving an unfair advantage in competitions, rewards, and interactions.
Any player found to be multi-accounting will face an immediate penalty. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure fair play for all participants.
- Single-Player Integrity:
Assisting your “friends” with items like food is against game principles and will be flagged. Assisting other players by sending any in-game advantages is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, transferring food. The game’s system flags suspicious transfers as potential multi-accounting activities
